Boringdon received Pupil Premium Award in 2015 and 2016.
We are pleased that Boringdon received a pupil premium award for 2015 and 2016 in recognition of the work we have done to to ensure the attainment and progress of our children. Congratulations to our pupils for their hard work, which has allowed us to receive this award. A copy of the letter from Rt Hon David Laws MP (Minister of State for Schools) can be downloaded below.
Pupil Premium has been allocated to schools to help to ensure all children, regardless of their family income, have the same opportunity to achieve. At Boringdon Primary School, we provide education for all children through appropriate differentiation, resources and facilities. All children’s needs are considered and the full range of responses are made available to accommodate and value their diversity.
During the 2016/17 financial year we received £65,460 pupil premium funding (£1,320 for children entitled to free school meals, £300 for service children and £1,900 for children adopted from care).
During the 2017/18 financial year we expect to receive £69,380 pupil premium (£1,320 for children entitled to free school meals, £300 for service children and £1,900 for children adopted from care).
